Ayala Brut Majeur 0.75 N.V. Brut Majeur perfectly represents the AYALA style. Chardonnay reveals all its purity and elegance, enhanced by Pinot Noir and Meunier, of the finest provenance. The same pure spirit is expressed through the low dosage and vinification in inox vessels, which ensures that the primary flavours are respected. Extended aging of three years in the cellars adds the finishing touch to this cuvée, where balance and precision coexist with finesse and elegance. The grapes for the specially crafted Brut Majeur blend include a selection of more than 70 Cru vineyards from across the Champagne region. This extraordinary diversity highlights the richness of the terroirs: the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Aube, Vitryat or even Sézannais. It is aged for an average of 3 years on the lees. DOSAGE: 7 G/L Vinification takes place simultaneously in 120 individual inox vessels, each hosting grapes from a separate Crewe vineyard, grape variety and year. This careful handling of the raw material allows the integrity and individuality of each Crewe to be preserved to create a blend of exceptional variety. A supreme Champagne aperitif, Brut Majeur harmoniously accompanies every moment and dish of the dinner: white fish, mussels, poultry or cheese platter.
