Bollinger Special Cuvee NV 0.75 Brand 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier. Over 85% of the grapes come from Grands and Premiers cru vineyards. Aged in the cellar for more than twice the time required by the appellation. Dosage: moderate, 7-8 grams per litre. Special Cuvee represents the best expression of the Bollinger style. All of Maison Bollinger’s know-how is embodied each year in the high quality of its champagnes, with a distinctive and sustainable style, in a unique combination and balance between density and elegance. On the nose reveals a beautiful complexity of aromas; ripe fruit and spicy flavours; hints of baked apples, apple compote and peaches. On the palate there is a fine combination of structure, length and vibrancy; bubbles like velvet; flavours of pear, brioche and spiciness, hints of fresh walnut. Special Cuvée is perfect to be shared between friends, for an everyday but also special moment. This is the champagne we give to the people we love and appreciate beauty . To experience the unique style, bouquet and aromas of the Special Cuvée, it is served at a temperature between 10 and 12°C. You can enjoy the Special Cuvée immediately or choose to age it in your cellar. This champagne is a perfect combination with any fish, especially sushi and sashimi, seafood: shrimp, prawns, crab, grilled lobster, poultry and white meat, parmesan, cured ham.
