Zitara Syrah 0.75 2017 Region: Thracian plain Varieties. Tasting characteristics: Opaque, inky red colour. Attractive, intriguing nose with aromas of violets, ripe black fruit, licorice, cloves, vanilla. Juicy, voluminous body with very good structure and balance, ripe velvety tannins and a long juicy finish accented with black cherry and dark chocolate. There is a potential for aging. Suitable combination with grilled red meats, stews, dishes with mushrooms and grilled vegetables.

Aged for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels, allowing it to evolve under the influence of subtle contact with oxygen. The wine has a red colour with brown tints. On the nose there are aromas of well-ripened red and dried fruits, which balance beautifully with the nutty character that comes from the oak barrel ageing. Hints of caramel and nuts are subtly hinted on the palate, contributing to the smoothness, sweetness and elegance of the finish. Symington Graham’s Fine Tawny Port NV 0.75 is perfect combination with dried fruits and creamy desserts. It is recommended to be served at 12-14°C. It can keep its freshness between 4 and 6 weeks after opening the bottle.

On the palate the wine has a velvety and soft structure and freshness, fine tannins and floral tones. Suitable combination with game dishes, terrines, duck, chicken, hors d’oeuvres and salami.

Chanson Rully 2017 Region: Côte Chalonaise, Burgundy Variety:Chardonnay Tasting characteristics : The wine has a pale golden colour. It spends between 12 and 14 months in French oak barrels, with moderate aging in new ones. On the nose, there are delicate floral aromas of acacia combined with citrus, white stone fruit and a hint of minerality. On the palate it is well balanced, with depth and density. The finale is long and refreshing. Suitable combination for white meats, sausages and cheeses – goat and comté.
